Our Team

Since May 2021, Erika has been enjoying her role at the Rennie Center as an intern assisting on data-intensive projects. She grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and is now a senior finishing her B.A. in Economics and Mathematics and M.A. in Economics at Boston University. During her time at BU, she has focused on learning how to examine education through an economist's lens. From creating policy proposals and building websites to writing econometrics papers and assisting professors in research, she has discovered her love for researching the labor market and education policy. Recently, she was asked to provide data insights for a grassroots BPS QUEST fundraising report and took part in a project at Wheelock College which studied Massachusetts teacher workforce changes caused by COVID-19. Erika is extremely thankful and excited for this opportunity to assist in the creation of the Rennie Center's 2022 Data Dashboard.
